Zoanthid Parasite?

Something kind of freaked me out.

I took a look at my zoanthids, some were closed (normal), but I notice in between them there was something moving. It looked like some sort of worm moving in and out of a cocoon. I took the frag out and pricked out fearing it might be some parasite.

Sorry no pics, very small and my camera isn't that good so it won't serve it's purpose.

Good or Bad?

I work with zoanthids, hundreds of them, on a daily basis. I have seen many type of worms and cocoon looking structures. I almost always remove them as they usually irritate the zoas. If you wanted a actual ID on what you found I could try... was the cocoon made of just mucus and detritus, or did it have bits of shells and/or sand in it? Way the whole worm moving in and out of the cocoon, or just feeding tentacles? What did the worm look like (color, setae?, mouth?, etc.)?

It was a worm moving in and out, not a worm like feather dusters. The cocoon looked white/grayish. Sorry, this is the most I can do. I can't take a picture to small for my camera to take a good pic.
