Zoa's and polys not opening?

My tank has been pretty much on autopilot for a while as I've had alot of family issues lately so hadn't had as much time as I should with it. I've been feeding and keeping up with my ATO and that's about it.

Recently I noticed my zoa's and polyps which up until about 3 weeks ago had been doing very well. Growing like crazy. My sps corals are doing great and lps is doing well as well but the zoa's and polyps have shrunk greatly especially polyps.
Some open slightly while most stay closed tightly. I ran all the tests and it was as follows.

Salinity 1.025
PH 8
DKH 4.5
Calcium 410
Mag 1350
Nitrate 0
Phosphate 0

I'm taking the low DKH from the large growth from my sps corals which has been very substantial. I've since slowly been dosing my dkh back up to where it was normally at 9. Not really sure if that was the problem or not but figured worth some opinions or thoughts. My tank does have some algae at the moment which also could be giving me some false readings on my phosphate as well. Nothing has changed with the tank since this started to happen. Running same fish, coral and equipment. I did take off line my biopellet reactor, gfo reactor and carbon reactor. I did this months ago when I had some growth issues with the sps which I think was due to such a low nutrient load.

Figured I'd start with the most obvious first but wasn't sure if I may be missing something else that I'm not thinking about.
