My recently aquired zoas are really showing some nice colors, to bad I am still learning to capture them with the camera. I didn't even notice the sparkles in the one frag until I moved them and looked closer before taking a photo. They have been opening up more and more, and I see alot more of the color.

You know what 650? I had no idea about that kind until i saw your post. :) I had no idea those two commercial names were for the same polyp, but i can see it now. Wow.
Just wanted to say that is pretty cool that you know those things.

Hey thanks you all. 650 thanks for the info, I wasn't sure where to start looking as I didn't think I had seen them in coralpedia.

I have seen Nightmare and Strawberry Wine together in person and they are different polyps. Strawberry is more pink than the orange Nightmare. I have not yet heard/seen of Red Wine, but if it is just another name for Strawberry Wine, I would have to say they are different.

I've seen lots of different named polyps, but in the end they're basically the same genus/type. Just morphed into what it is now do to lighting/tank parameters etc.. etc. ( It's my opinion, not the word LOL ). and I CAN be wrong.

But never the less, they're gorgeous polyps.
