Zoas not opening

Hello,
I recently got some new zoas two different kinds and one set is not opening all the time like the other ones. I tried moving them around but no change any thoughts what I could do or might be the problem

did you acclimate them to your tank lighting properly?
Starting them in the bottom then gradually move them up several inches at a time?

Also, look closely at each polyp and make sure there are no bugs or anything bothering them.

yea i have had them in the tank for a couple of weeks and they all started on the bottom but I will check for bugs thanks
