Hi guys,
I have a few new zoas I just brought from a LFS.. they were expensive so I need them to live !!!!
All my other corals in the tank are fine but these new ones... they seem to only open up at night and not really that open at night either.. They are just regular zoas with some neat colors. I thought maybe it was too much light so I put shade on top so the lights dont kill them but no improvement yet. Theres 4 layeres of shades right now.
The lights aren't that strong either.. they're just T5s (ATI 8x54w PM).
Usually if corals open up when lights go down, what does that mean?
What else could it be? All other parameters in the tank are fine.
