zoo dip question

I have noticed white egg swirls on some of my zoos and they have not been opening properly for a while I only ever saw one nudi and destroyed it but there must be more.
i am going to dip my zoos following the method outlined in the stickys,
But one of my colonies has a big sea squirt in the middle and I like it am I going to kill it and will the dip kill coralline on the rock the zoos are on??

It is very likely that you will kill the seasquirt.
Can you remove it first?

Seasquirts are very easy to remove without harming them. I had a large colony of rpe's that had a few seasquirts on it. They were causing the polyps to stay closed so I removed them. Just gently pull it off the rock then dip.
