Zoo growth Question

On the average, how long does it take for Zoos to grow and spread. I understand this will depend on individual tank parameters, lights, and husbandary.

But lets say in perfect conditions, how long would you say three polyps will take to cover a 3inch diameter frag disk

Thanks in advance

I think it depends a lot on the particular variety, too.

My fastest-growing colony multiplies like crazy:

Zoas/Palys grows faster in high nutrient waters. But same like other coral type some zoas growsfast some slow It depends on lots of thing. I have some palys grow like a weed and some other palys in same tank grows like 1-2 polyps a month.

Just like what Bluemantr said it all depends on the paly/zoas. I heard the slwest grower is the famous Orange people eater which grows like one head a year! Hmmm maybe thats why they want to charge $300 per head ridiculous!!!!!!
