zoos bleaching

For the last 4 days my zoos have been looking bleached and not fully opened. All parameters are perfect except during this time i've brought my mag from 1220 to 1300. Nothing else has changed. will they act like this due to the elevatd mag? I raised it 80 ppm over 2 days.

What are your parameters considering they're perfect?

Placement of polyps? Are they new to the tank, did you move them recently?

nitrate 0 nitrite 0 phos 0 calcium 450 sg 1.025 alk cant remember but it was where it needed to be(red sea test kit). Nothing else has changed in 6 months, lighting,location temp is steady at 79. My birds nest, leathers and frogspawn are doing great.

What kind of fish do you have? Could something had bothered them? How about water movement?

dont think fish are an issue. Only fish that is a possible is a coral beauty that has never nip anything before(well fed). Flow is around 2500 gph. They definitley look bleached and like I said the omly thing that changed in 6 months is the mg adjustment. Oh.. and I started feeding oyster feast to my sps.

Do you have pics post on the location of coral relative to light, before and after pics?

How about chemical warfare? Frogspawn are supposed to be good at that. Other than that I would say it is a lighting issue as well. How old are the bulbs?

No pics right now but I'll take some tonight. Bulbs are 3 months old.
