Zoos closing up, Flatworms?

I noticed that my some polyps on my Eagle eyes and my dragon eyes were closed in the past couple of days. I checked them today, and I saw these tiny orange bugs on the rocks near them and some on them. So I am assuming that they are flatworms. Are these bad for the polyps, how do I get rid of them?

Both 6 Line Wrasses and Blue Damsels are said to eat them.
