Zoos, Mushrooms, and Purple Digi's for sale

I bought online this colony of "Blue zoos" However when I got them to my disappointment they weren't blue. Perhaps they lost a little bit of color in shipping, or my lights just didn't have enough actinics to bring out the blue.

Any how I've fragged it up and selling it cheap to recooperate the costs. I'm actually taking a loss with the shipping. You can pickup at the meeting, or in Elk Grove, or we can meet at Exotic. The zoos may still color up blue under different lighting. In anycase here's your chance to pick up some possibly blue zoos and some really nice green mushrooms.

Purple Digi's

Okay so every sale thread needs a good story . . . While trying to reglue a branch, I dropped my whole colony. When they get so big you just have to be so gentle where you hold or else you just break more. So if you can imagine a 5 ft drop and bounce off the carpet and then a fireworks-like projection of frags. I must say, "If I had planned it, it would've been beautiful."

Anyhow I reglued all the pieces to smaller rocks, so now I have 3 mico colonies. I have to mention that I have had monti eating nudis in the past, so inspect your frags, dip, and quarantine. I haven't seen any for a while now (cross my fingers), but you should be cautious.

Sometimes I think us reefers are most color blind group. I have seen some yumas advertise as having "pink" - but when I look at them, it looks more like brown. I have bought metallic green corals, only to have it look more like brown. I have seen corals advertise as blue - but only under pure actnic light (brown under any other light condition).

Put me down for some zoos and monti frags. I can surely use them. Have 2 90 gal tanks that are just winding up their hair algae portion of cycling. I am planning on going to the meeting but I live in Elk Grove, so whatever works for you.

Karl, the last pic was around October before I broke down my old tank, second pic was in January. You can imagine how much bigger it was in April. I love and hate digis because they grow so fast.

Minh, I should've asked for a flash pic or another pic under different lighting. It always helps to compare it under different lighting. I wish I had copied that pic from the website before I bought it too, then I could show you why I didn't even bother to ask for more pictures!

Steve, I can make extra frags of the digi for $5/inch.

Dang it, I just looked at my blue chromis and I said to myself, "Wow it's looking much bluer today." Well, looking at the frags I'm selling . . . "They look about the same!" Maybe I'm giving up too early on these guys. Anyways, jump on these before I change my mind.
