Zoo's not opening

My tank is about 4 months old. I have a few zoos that have all been great and growing fast but one has not opened much in the last week.

It is on a piece of branch rock that looks like a stick. Half of the stick is not opening. I looked real close night and morning and can not see any nudis or anything.

What I can see is what looks like little white stringy stuff on the rock around the zoos on this half. Is this some kind of fungus? Should I dip?

Help is greatly appreciated.

They are also close to my favorite pinks that are spreading rapidly so I don't want them to be harmed.

I dont know how to change the format, it is JPG.? I do not think it is a sponge.

Today almost all are not opening. I do not have any Lugols. Can I just try freshdip tonight? Will it help?

Since noone else is answering yet. I would at least freshwater dip. Read the sticky about dipping too. A few people suggested that they use regular iodine for a dip if they don't have Lugols. I have not personally done that, but at least freshwater dip.
