Zoos not opening

I purchased two colonies of zoos four days ago from the LFS. They both came from the same tank when I got them. For the past few days, the first purple colony's polyps have all opened. The second pink colony was open the first night and never opened again for the next three days.

They were both dipped with Tropic Marin Iodine and acclimated to my tank. All my water parameters checked out good. It doesn't make sense that one colony is doing way better than the other.

Any suggestions on what I should do? FW Dip? Vitamin C dosing? I don't want to lose them.

Ok...I just found two nudibranches on a zoo frag and just did a saltwater and iodine dip. What should I do next?

I had the same thing happen when I got my first coral. I purchased 5 zoas online. When I got them, all but one looked like they were dead. It took about two day for the second one to open up and over a week for the rest. I didn't actually see what they looked like before I got them so I had nothing to compare to.

What kind of lighting does the lfs have? Maybe they need to be acclimated to your lights. How long did you wait after you moved them....maybe they need more time to adjust to the new locations.

Are they being blasted by a powerhead? It took me a while to get the flow right so everyone was happy. Hope this helps.
