what kind of zoo's & paly's ,if any can i have under a coralife 1-10,000K 96watt and 1-True Actinic 03 Blue 96watt light

You should be able to keep any zoas or palys under those lights... Depending on how deep your tank is you may just have to have them higher up in the tank...

I agree. You will want to upgrade to either T5's or Halides.
