Zoos under 5500K lighting

Hello,
I currently have a small 10 gal nano tank with GSP, and mushrooms in it. For lighting I have two 23W Panasonic Gen IV bulbs that are 5500K. Are these enough light to keep zoos? I have one little zoo or paly that I got from a friend that seems to be doing okay but it's only been in my tank for a week, I'd like to get more zoos. A friend of mine from the local reefclub says it should be fine but I thought I'd ask you guys. Thanks,

It seems like it's a little weak to keep zoas to me. They really prefer brighter light. You might be able to keep some hardy zoa/palys alive but the ones with the intense colors will probably dull and brown on you as they load up with extra zooxanthellae because of the weak light.
