Ztelight ZT660-A with Apex

Hi
I am trying to program my Ztelight QMaven ZT6600-A on my Apex system.
I have it hooked up to a VDM with a AI serial cable.
Have set the VDM to being "4 channel".
In Fusion have programmed all of my ramps.
I have the light outlet set to "Always" and is in "Auto" mode.
I have programmed all four channels as "Advanced"
For one of the channels (Blue) this is an example of what I have programmed for it.

Fallback OFF
Set OFF
If Time 09:00 to 10:00 Then Dawn_BLU
If Time 10:00 to 13:00 Then Sunrise_BLU
If Time 13:00 to 17:00 Then Daytime_BLU
If Time 17:00 to 20:00 Then Sunset_BLU
If Time 20:00 to 21:00 Then Night_BLU

In fusion is shows that the channels are ramping up % wise but no lights are actually turning on the light.

Please help if anyone has gotten there Zetlight to work on the Apex

Fixed the problem.
Took the Fallback OFF out of the program and updated the firmware on the VDM.
Not sure which one fixed the problem but everything is working perfectly.
