Tank water seems to not stay clear first it's was green then I did water change now it's fuzzy cloudy. Should I do a water change again? Skimmer is clean some people said skimmer might need cleaning but I did clean the skimmer.

My new build is about 6 months old now, bare bottom, and I’ve had a lot of issues with bacteria blooms, but they just go away on their own in a couple of weeks. 3 inch sand bed should help a lot with that though. Adding a lot of fish at once can trigger one. Are you using RODI water?

Yeah the tank is about a month old. I just did two 75% water changes , 3 inch sand bed.

Definitely a bacterial bloom. Not sure why you are doing so much water changes after only 1 month. Your tank probably never cycled completely.

I literally set up a tank 1 month to the day and have yet to do even a 1% water change.

My advice is go out and get yourself one of those water conditioners like Prime, Nite-Out, etc. Test your Nitrites and Nitrates. My bet is your Nitrites are high. Leave the tank alone so it balances itself out.

Yeah I started the tank with turbo start as well. Tested the water twice be for the bloom but just did one water change and it bloomed again so I did another water change and it seems to be clear so far.

Anemones require a stable well aged tank, watch them closely if they die everything is history. And good lighting is necessary for nems as well.
At one month old your tank is going to exp. a lot of changes before it balances out. Mine took almost 1 yr. and now requires dosing due to coralline & stony coral growths so it never ends. Takes more then 1 month to grow all the different types of bacterias required to stabilize a tank not just the initial nitrifying types. Im even carbon dosing No-Pox to keep the nitrates at new salt water levels at 0.25
You are just barely at the initial testing point for anything beyond nitrites/ nitrates & ammonia . With the bioload in the tank id focus on ammonia/nitrite and nitrate next. ASAP like yesterday!
Water changes will cover Calcium, magnesium, and Alk and PH at the moment.
Good luck with the nems, clownfish are from the hardy damsel family so they may be ok. If you have a filter sock setup id be changing it daily, nothing good ever happens with quick overstocking on a marine setup, especially if its more then fish only, watch the clowns for a possible ick breakout also tho they would be about the last to get it due to heavy mucus coatings but it can happen since its a parasite & they may be under stress.
