So I added a powder blue to the tank 3 days ago. All is well with the new addition.. everyone gets along. I come home tonight and he's upside chilling on the sand bed playing ring around the rosey. I noticed his tail and one pectoral looked incinerated. I've started a fresh water drip and buying prapinzo mañana. I have a lta in my tank and noticed through the days the blue was hanging out by him a lot. Could he have gotten to close and got stung bad?!?! Any incite would be appreciated. Tank parameters are all good. Will try to upload pic soon. Thanx in advance.

Using an actual English description would help to get the details better...

IME anemone stings occur primarily with carpet anemones (some of my regal angels frequently have some on their tail fins), though are rather uncommon with LTA, crispa and similar anemones with long tentacles.

I'm assuming this fish wasn't quarantined, right?
In that case you should prepare for something more nasty than anemone stings...

All that gibberish on a grammar lesson and no answer. I did not know I had to be grammatically correct to get an answer. So please let me rephrase myself. Mr. Smarty pants do have any ideas what would cause my fish to look like this overnight?

A picture and a more complete history of the fish would help more than snide remarks if you actually look for help.

Looks bacterial to me but hard to tell from the pictures
If he's upside down and swimming in circles it's probably too late.

Clearly you don't really want help when you give that type of response. Good luck.

I think he had a right to be annoyed personally, his grammar wasn't that awful and it was clear enough what he meant.

For all you know English may not be his first language.

Does your tank have a grounding probe( a device to direct stray electrical current to a ground point) I've heard of stray electrical current from submerged pumps causing irregular swimming patterns in otherwise healthy fish? But that wouldn't explain the fin damage.

I'm no expert but just a thought, you can test with an electrical meter if you or someone you know has one.

English isn't my first language and grammar wasn't an issue, but rather the term "playing ring around the rosey" - it doesn't give me a clear idea of the fish's behavior even after googling it.

Also, no answer to the fish's history and quarantine questions which is kind of relevant to determine what it may be.
If quarantine was skipped then it could be a lot of things.
