1-2" Baby Maximas

I was considering adding a few 1"-2" Maxima clams to the sandbed of my 18g nano with 150w MH. I have extremly stable water chemistry, so thats not an issue. I'm just wondering if they need to be feed or not, I've heard that you do and do not. Does anyone have an documentation or literature that comments on this? I've also heard that small clams are more difficult to care for than larger ones, why is this?

If I was to put them on the rockwork, how would I go about doing that? Can they be epoxied to the rock work to keep them from falling?

don't glue them. just set them where you would like them to be and hope they like it too. alot of people feel untill they reach 3" they cant suport themselves without food. do search on here, there are lots of posts about that issue.
