would a 1.45 Amps ballast be good enough for vho? i know that VHO need 1.5 Amps to work properly, but would the small differents make it alot less efective or still good enough to be usable. I have 2 ballast and they are for NO t12s but they were used for 2 60 watts bulbs on each. Was planning on using them to run maybe 4 vho 30 watt bulbs on just one ballast. would this be possible? i know that if u put a vho in a NO ballast it will run but just at a lower output, but the Amps required are really close so i dont think it might lose to much of its effectiveness.
