1" Acrylic tank. Looking for Mag cleaner recommendation.

I've run an acrylic tank for nearly 15 years. During that time, I've only used a Mag cleaner for a brief period. It scratched the outside of the tank, so I haven't used one since.

Now, I've got a 1" thick acrylic, 400 gallon tank. I would like to use a Magnetic cleaner and I'm hoping to find someone with first hand, acrylic, experience to provide their experience and recommendation.

Tiger Shark? I'm really tempted to go with the Schuran (the one with the wheels)...but if the Tiger Shark works safely, I could purchase 3 of them for the price of the Schuran.

I'm not trying to start a discussion about the merits of acrylic vs. glass. I already have the tank, so that discussion isn't helpful to me.

Magnavore 10, thanks. Surface area - 4"x2-3/4"...rated for up to 1.5" thick acrylic. Hmm..price double that of the Great White 4"x2", rated to only 1" thick.

Do you use the Magnavore 10 on your acrylic tank? How thick is the acrylic of your tank?...no scratches on the outside of the tank?

Been using it for 2 months, no scratches on the outside or inside. but I am very careful and the magnets scare the crap out of me. The power is amazing.

This shows how they are shipped. Even with the distance you see here its very very hard to get them apart
