1 clown died out of the blue

I noticed today that my male clown was laying on the bottom of my tank. I check the water and all my levels were fine. Nitrate was at like 5 which is nothing.

all my corals, fish, inverts are ok.


I did add some ozone for like an hour last night on low



Any ideas I have had him for about 4 monthes
