1" Gate Valve

Anyone have or know where I can pick up a 1" gate valve? Mine sprung a leak..

Isn't that the same as a shut off valve? If so I got mine at lowes

I guess the main difference is that a gate valve lets you be very precise on how much water you let thru.

Doesnt Lowes sell the gate valves also? They used to in State College but that was years ago

My lowes doesnt sell them unfortunatly.

Also i need it female threaded...I am going to order it online but i was checking if anyone had one locally first.

Shut off valve would probably be a nightmare to try and control my skimmer, i would never get the level i would need..

Check on Bulkreefsupply before you order online. Just saw their weekly special deal had gate values listed as 10% off.. not sure how it will compare to other places, but worth comparing at least.

petros hardware has them .Or did last I checked.something fishy has the valves and true union valves also.
