Big thanks to Roger,

I have always used Tunze pumps for all my systems and love this product.

But i have encountered a few issues,

6055, damage cable
6045 shaft broke, damage the cover and Clip broke.
7095 Sensor stopped working
6025 Clip broke..

I sent all these back to Roger and within one week. He returned all of it new. He replaced the pumps, clips and replace controller sensor, all for free. Talking about great support.

Thanks Roger, I will post pic my system with all your pumps.

I can second that vote of confidence on all the Tunze product lines! The best customer support there is! Roger is top notch to work with and will bend over backwards to satisfy the customer to no avail!

Thanks for making a superior product and for being a very reputable customer service individual. But lets also touch on one other thing, Roger not only cares about the company he works for, he also cares about the people using them!

I dont think i ever gotten such a good customer service from anyone else.

Roger really cares for his product and the people that use it.
