1 small fish (clown) = how much Ammonia?

I was curious if there was an approximate amount of Ammonia that a single small fish, like a clown or fire gobi, creates?

One of the fishless cycle instructions recommend adding 2ppm Ammonia to cycle the tank. When 2 ppm ammonia and nitrites can be reduced with in 24 hours, the tank is ready for fish.

So how many small fish equal 2ppm?

That is an impossible question to answer.

It depends on so many factors. If you have a good clean up crew that pick the bones of the dead fish clean, you might not get any ammonia at all... or until the CUC start to excrete the processed food. And even without the CUC, how much ammonia will you see in the tank depends on how much of the beneficial bacteria you have. It's completely possible you could test every day after the fish dies and never see any ammonia reading at all. Other factors include the size of the fish that died and how much total water you have in the system. Remember the old saying? The solution to pollution is dilution. The more water you have, the lower the ammonia will be in ppm when you test.
