10 gallon fish list

Live rock, soft corals, and sand. Thinking about the following fish:

False percula or percula
Tailspot blenny
Clown goby
Barnacle blenny


Will they get along. And what serpent star would be recommended?

Your tank is too small for that kind of fish load. The clown alone needs 30 gallons minimum. You might be able to get away with the clown goby and tail spot blenny together, but I wouldn't go with more than that.

Serpent stars will outgrow your tank quickly too. Not recommended in a tank that size.

While it is quite possible to keep a pair of ocellaris or percula in a small tank, 10 gallon as a permanent home for them is really pushing it.
A pair of Stonogobiops (yasha, nematodes, dracula,...) with a pistol shrimp should be okay in a tank that size, though 20 gallon would be better.

I agree, you can keep a pair of young clownfish fairly easily, but they will need a bigger tank eventually. I have a 10 gallon with two young black ocellaris clowns and they are doing great, but I fully plan on upgrading when the time comes
