ive been through this many times... in my honest opinion, ditch the ballast and buy a new/used one... is saving $75 worth a house fire? residual salt creep is a great conductor. move the tank/stand, set it on some plastic so no colors leach out of the stand onto the carpet, run a box fan for a day or two until dry.

ya well being 14 wiht no way of making moneybecides saveing every ccent i find ya its kinda worh it lol jk but they wont even turn on so i dont know what to do
