If you don't get the point just list something for sale here. They want it if you knock off half of the price even though you price at less than half price. But that is only if you will deliver it to them along with a half pepperoni and half sausage pizza and also stop by Coits and pick up a cold root beer for the family dog.
Mostly I think these are discussion forums. If you have something to sell that doesn't sell in your thread, you can always go to the RC "for sale" forum, or if that doesn't work try e-bay, aquabid, or your local paper.
Personally, I've never had a problem selling what I wanted for the price I wanted in these forums. Unfortunately, I don't think we have too many members in Guthrie, so the drive would have to be a consideration. If what you had to sell was too close to retail price, then you would have to expect people to stay with their LFS or online vendors. If what you had to sell was truly "half price" then there are a lot of people missing out on some really great deals.

Well you try to offer it locally to skip the hassle and expense of shipping. It is a head thing with some people. They will drive from MWC to Yukon to pick something up. That is probably farther and takes longer to do than come to Guthrie, but they are still in the "city" so they don't mind.
Far as the pricing goes, not everythin g is sold at half price, that was an expression but I paid a lot more than what I am asking. Either that is a good discount or I paid too much to begin with.
