100% red flat worm eater

dunno 100% of the time, but I had a BAD outbreak and the LFS swore by a melanarus wrasse. he'd go on and on how great they were w/ FW. i got one, and not only did he eradicate every single one, but he's pretty as well.

I used FWexit, and all it did was make a mess. of course it killed a lot of them, but they ALWAYS came back. this wrasse has been my lifesaver

Are there any fish that will eat red flat worms 100% of the time?

No.

From all the threads I have read on flatworms, the yellow coris wrasse seems to be the best, as opposed to other wrasses or mandarins.

However, like others said, its a crap shoot. For myself it was "exit", lots of siphoning, lots of flow and a large skimmer. I do have friends who have luck with a fish helping and siphoning the rest.

I am having a huge outbreak too... I picked up a yellow wrasse and he wont touch them (from what I have seen) mandarin doesnt go near them either....

hopefully they will get hungry soon lol...

I got a malinaurus wrasse (spelling?) when I purchased a rock that was infested with these boogers and the Malinaurus wrasse took care of them. Nock on wood but since then I have not had any problems with flat worms.
