1000 Gallon System...The long road is almost over

I don't see any ventilation. You will need to handle the high humidity levels, especially in a basement.

There is ventilation. A 2 speed, very high output Panasonic exhaust fan is in the ceiling. It is constantly on. Also, this room is actually built into a warehouse, not my basement. This is in a commercial building. My office is on the other side of the 8" concrete wall.
 
To make life simple AND give me the ability to empty the tanks, I set-up a pump system to drain the tanks as well





This pump will send the QT water back across the room into a drain line






The line on the left is the overhead drain line from the QT tanks

 
What good are ball valves going to do you at 2:00 am and you are out of town on vacation and the power to your pump goes off? Check valves invariably fail at the worst moments. You need a fool-proof plan to handle disasters.

The simplest method is to drill bleeder holes in your return pipes at the water line. Make sure the holes are clear of salt creep as part of your weekly maintenance.

Dave, with all due respect you have no idea what you are commenting on. These are QT tanks (that means quarantine) and the pump is only on when I throw a switch to either add or remove water. The valves stay closed unless I open them to add or remove water.
