10th day reading

Ok I have been testing and now I have to say nothing seems to move except for very very little

ph is 8.0
amonia---0
nitrate--between 10 & 20
nitrite --0

Amonnia was never highher then one number above 0

I am wondering if the tank is actually cycling or not since nothing is moving or maybe it is done

Well you cant really trust the readings during the cycle but whene they drop and level you know your cycled.4 to 6 weeks with 6 being best.
With that said though there isnt much info to go on.You can add more info in your profile like equipment ,amount of LR and LS , water source,lighting.This all helps narrow down the response.

I don't think I have to wait the 4-6 weks after I started with all live stuff I think all the readings are zero for a while I will wait about 2 weeks as add a hermit crab or two ???

Is it fully cured LR and LS.And those numbers are to high.The number one downfall of most begginers is rushing. You cant rush. Please read here.Oh and also if you used tap water this could be the source of the nitrate.
