I was reading this can control switchable sockets.
I'm having a hard time finding exactly what these are can you explain or point me to pics?

Another question, but about tunze control on a profilux plus 2. How many tunze's can I control without buying expansion ports?

If I buy 2 Tunze position 1 cables(Port L1 and L3), and 2 Tunze position 2 cables (Ports L2 and L4). That gives me 4 total powerheads.

If I wanted to run 2 Tunze can I just use 2 Tunze position 2 cables (Ports L2 and L4)?

Thanks for the help. By far the best controller on the market.

Hi

The PLM-2L4S is for analogue power bars (old generation) and extra 1-10V ports. With the advent of digital power bars and profiLux 3 PAB power bars this card is not really demanded.

if you wish to attach more digital power bars up to a maximum of 24 sockets on the Plus II then these would daisy chain off each other from port S1S4. If you want more than 24 sockets, maybe even 1,000 or more ;) then upgrade to the ProfiLux 3 and you then have access to limitless expansion and the PAB power bars.

The standard amount of Tunze pumps without any additional equipment on the Plus II is 4 on the Plus II EX this is 6, both using PLM-4L can be expanded to 8. On the PofiLux 3 this will reach a total of 16 I believe, and more in the future.

If you want to run just two Tunzes the best option would be to use

Tunze-1 cable
Tunze-2 cable
YL2-1 L port splitter

Plugged into L1L2 or L3L4

Then assign these two pumps to group 1 pump count 2
