10watt 50/50 bulb

I have a fluval spec3 and was wondering if a 10watt 50/50 bulb would let me keep lowlight corals such as mushrooms. Would I be able to keep pulsing xenia?

i'm not sure about 10w 50/50 bulb but xenia is growing well under 18w cfl bulb 2700K in my experiment tank.
