Tank is running well(knock on wood). Had a major draw back as lots of fish died for a month after the transfer. Some jumped because I was lazy with no top, and ich broke out.
Current inhabitants are a gold flake angel, regal angel, pbt, 2 pink margin fairy wrasses, lawnmower BLENNY and a cardinal.
My sps are really taking off. Shoots are going up on my teirra del fuego, and red planet a 1/2" a month.
Zoas are slow growing for me though.
Going to max this weekend so hopefully get some nice pieces of corals and hopefully getting 3 female hooded fairy wrasses, an 8 line fairy wrasse and a whip fin fairy wrasse on weds(fingers crossed).

So after going to MAX and picking up a few mariculture colonies(all holding color and actually coloring a little better as well), some frags and a few fish. My tank is holding strong.
I got a beautiful terminal male red velvet fairy wrasse and a female clown fairy wrasse as well.
All of the MAX purchases were also paid for by my amazing aforementioned girlfriend.

The next day(my birthday) I went on a shopping spree to some stores here in San Diego. Picked up a few corals, a tail spot goby pair, and a Balteatous(girdled) wrasse.

In my qt tank I did receive from my source 3 different sized red hooded fairy wrasses, a whip fin fairy wrasse and a 1" 8 line flasher wrasse female. They are all eating well and being watched closely. No meds as of yet. They are all fattening up first.
I may do meds next week but am hesitant due to some wrasses not responding well to some meds.

Also next week I'll have my larger qt set up and a few surprises in store hopefully then as well.

Congrats D. Is great to have a significant other to help support the hobby with you and purchase items or livestock for your tank. She's definitely a keeper.

Nice tank I love the size.

Yea its always nice to have spousal support in the hobby. Wives who dont play with the fishes usually end up swimming with them. =P
