110 Full reef for sale in Indiana

Hi ya hoosiers,
I posted this in the main forums but thought that I would bring it here as well:
Hi gang,
After a 2 year hiatus for school, I had planned on reviving my 110. Things are not going to work out the way that I had hoped and I have decided, with much reluctance, to sell the 110. Here are the details:
110 gallon glass tank, drilled in the upper left with bulkhead fittings and overflow. Tank dimensions are 48" long x 18" deep x 30" tall. Cabinet and canopy are stained dark cherry and there are wood trim pieces attached to the edges of the glass tank. Included with this are all plumbing needs. The sump is divided into 3 compartments, the incoming compartment has room for at least 2-3 heaters and the Berlin Turbo HOT skimmer is set up in this area. Then there is a refugium area that is 12x12x12 and then the outflow area is drilled with bulkheads for the return pump (MAG 7). Also in the return section is a Kent flow valve so that you can hook up your water supply and not have to worry about topping off the tank. The return line has Loc-line attachments on both ends of the tank so that water flow can be altered. There are also 3 power heads for water flow, 1 Maxi-Jet 1200, 1 Maxi-Jet 900, and another that I can't remember the name of but it is supposed to rotate (needs to be cleaned). Lighting consists of 1 Ice Cap 660, currently wired for 3 x 110 watt actinic VHOs. The fourth set of endcaps are attached to the reflector but are not currently being used. Then there are 2 x 250 watt MH that have a separate ballast box. Ballasts are cap and coil type and have approximately 1 year of use. The bulbs are XM 250s that have less than 100 hours use on them. There are 2 cooling fans mounted in the canopy. All power supply, cables and timers will be included. When I started school 2 years ago, I sold off all of the livestock and corals. All that is left in the tank is a 5"-6" deep sand bed and approximately 80 pounds of liverock. For the last 2 years I have not had the lighting running over the tank so most of the corraline algae has diminished but there is some still kicking. The way that I have this set up, there is no LR in the sandbed. I have PVC stands that are about an inch above the sand level (not able to see them) no wasted live rock this way.
If you have any questions or wish to see the tank or would like to have pictures emailed to you, please feel free to contact me at kparney@msn.com
I am asking $1000 for the complete set up and will not be parting it out. I have this listed on other message boards as well as at a couple of LFS. I will be posting some other odds and ends as I come across them. If I see anything else to throw in, I will update this post. Thanks. P.S. I am located in Brazil Indiana, about 20 minutes east of Terre Haute and about 50 minutes west of the Indianapolis airport.

Anyone interested????

Price adjustment:
$900 for everything.
Take off another $100 if you do not want the liverock.
Take another $150 off if you do not want the halides.
In other words- tank, stand, canopy, live sand, skimmer, sump, heaters, Mag 7 return pump, powerheads, plumbing, timers, IceCap 660 4x110 watt VHOs, and cooling fans= $650.
Thanks
