12 aquapod cheato fuge question

In the which chamber would the cheato be best located?
Chamber 3 seems a bit sketchy cause i am a bit afraid of bits of cheato getting sucked in to my maxi-jet in chamber 4?

As it stands chamber 1 will have the stock cut up sponge on top of live rock.

Chamber 2, 3 i have yet to figure out but one will be live rock and the other will be cheato and a bit more live rock.

Chamber 4 is going to have the heater, carbon, purigen, and pump

Are you planning on lighting the chamber with the chaeto? Most DIY lighting mods use the 2nd chamber for the macroalgae.

Yea i went with the second chamber. My 13 watt set up should be here today. everything in fact should be here today it all went "out for delivery" this morning.
I took picture of the standard stuff i have done will do up a thread sooner or later.

One question i used indo-pacific caribsea arag sand and the silt is a big time eye soar so i just pulled the 5 gallons i had in it and then was thinking have i just removed the beneficial bacteria?
Do i have to put that 5g's back in after setting up my rock and let it settle?
