Hello and thank you to all of you. I just joined this forum and I am also relatively new to the hobby. I have been maintaining freshwater for a bit now, but I decided to go big and go for salt. Yesterday I got a great deal on a 120 Gal tank. After picking it up and getting it home I noticed a small crack in the bottom frame. It's tiny and runs along with the bottom center brace, essentially making my bottom frame 2 separate pieces. The crack travels right down the middle of the bottom brace and up in a straight line. It's very thin, 1MM where visible and not visible along the middle of the brace. Is the bottom center brace crucial to the integrity of the tank? Isn't the tampered glass on bottom that's going to hold this girl together? I'm really wanting to fill it up and start the cycling. Thanks for your help.
