120 (4 x 2 x 2) custom tank, 3/4-inch glass all around (no center brace, not needed!). Originally built at HoF, two previous owners, picked up from a great guy just over the CT line in New York - shout out for the amazing deal he hooked me up with. Durso standpipe center overflow into an Aqueon Proflex 4 sump, returned to display with a Mag12. One Jebao RW-15 and a big koralia for flow. Running a 48" 4-bulb T5 Odyssey fixture (2x ATI Blue Plus, 1x ATI Aquablue Special, 1x ATI Purple Plus) supplemented with a 24" reefbreeders LED programmable/dimmable fixture. No skimmer purchased yet. Tropic Marin pro reef is and always has been my salt of choice. 14 hour light cycle.

Stock will be transferred from my 30 (Purple Dottyback, Melanarus Wrasse, Bristletooth Tomini Tang, Lawnmower blenny, a variety of small soft and SPS corals). Haven't decided on a rock structure but I will be going fairly minimalist.

The drip is going and I'm picking up another bucket of salt from TCR on Tuesday...sand is ready and waiting, as is the live rock. Expecting to go live on or before November 1st. Updates to come.

We got you glen. When you get down my way I have a bunch of goodies for you to aid in the setup.

So glad you're off the bowfront!

Salt, jebao, and heater are in...tomorrow the sump goes online and I'll start adding sand and live rock. The cycle begins.

In goes the rock! Beautiful pukani and some reef rock courtesy of The Coral Reef in Stratford. Left enough room for the remainder of my rock from my 30 when the switch-over occurs.

Bottom half of the right side is perfect, I love the way it leaves a lot of room. I am going to change the top half of the right side, but am waiting on a few specific pieces of live rock that are currently in my 30. The entire left side of the tank will be reorganized as well once the other tank is broken down and migrated.

Got a free Gorgonian hitchhiker on some of my live rock apparently...it loves the high flow from the Jebao RW-15.

Diatoms in full bloom, cleaning crew to make an appearance today. More live rock and possibly some corals to transition in as well this weekend. Go live date in less than a week!
