I know its been a long while since I've been active on this forum, but life has a nasty habit of getting in the way doesn't it?
Sadly, my return is for this reason, but I need to get out of the hobby. The first and foremost reason is that my husbandry skills (time, effort, etc) have been poor of late and the animals are starting to suffer. Secondly, I am about to move and the new house and it is going to need a fair amount of blood and tears leaving less time to the fish.
So here it is, after six years, I need to tear down the tank and take a break.
Right now, I want to sell the whole she-bang in one go. I'll list what I have and send pictures upon request. If no one steps up, I'll sell of the rock and animals and then lastly I'll think about the hardware.
The tank held SPS until a few years ago when I had a Alk crash. Since then, its been mostly Fish with live rock and did well until the last several months.
Large Blue Tang- with HLLD, this has been stable for greater than six years, healthy, swimming and eating like a champ
Yellow Tang - healthy
Blue Chromis x1
Marroon Golden Stripped Clownfish- large agressive dude, loves living in his 6" diameter leather, starting to show signs of distress last couple of days, first fish I bought 8 years ago
Brittle Star - large
Frogspawn - about 10 heads split on two pieces of rock
Brown Leathers- one around 6", several others small to medium size
~100 lbs of Life Rock
120g AGA 4' tank with dual overflows
Standard Base (repainted)
Custom Top to fit T5 lights
Balast fot T5 lights (needs new reflectors and bulbs but is in working order now)
4' CF lights- Orbit Satellite (alternative lighting for the FOWLR)
Mag 18 return pump
Mag 9 water supply pump
G4 Protein Skimmer with Sedra 9000
Mud Reef Sump (approx 40gal), no mud, three section
Life Reef Auto Top Off system
Mmilwaukee SMS 122 with pH probe
4 stage RO/DI with newish DI filter
MRC Ca Reactor (no Co2 or regulator)
Refractometer
ARM Media (unused 1 gal)
TDS Meter
Various power heads, Maxi 1200's with mods, magnets, etc
Various Testing Supplies
