I love the idea/size of your tank. Matches exactly what I did...
Please take the rest of my post as someone trying to help you avoid serious headaches/heartaches in the future.
First problem I see is that your are using particle board for the top. unpainted at that. This will last maybe a couple of months at best.
Particle board is not moisture friendly.
Second - The metal used for the reflectors will rust very quickly. If you plan on keeping inverts, all it will take is one very small piece of this in your tank to wipe them all out.
Third - Metal screws. See above. Everything corrodes, somethings faster than others. Rust+salt+water=disaster of inverts...
Fourth is actually a question...Why are the baffles in the sump notched in the back? The idea behind the baffles is to separate the water and slow it down. This kinda defeats the purpose.
I am also concerned with the black silicone in the sump. What type/brand is it. There are only a few black silicones that are reef safe.
Again, I am not trying to put you or your ideas down...Just trying to save you some headaches.
