guessing you own a vette or had one lol. :)
nice build.

thank, ya that was my dads old license plate. I'm only 15 and don't have my permit yet. However he does own two vetts.

UPDATE!!!!!!!
The tank is setup and i did not have enough water to get it started. The lights are coming Tuesday, so then the pictures will be then!

thank you
i got the tank running right again, finally. Also "swept" the black sand a little to remove the stuff that settled on it.

nice collection, why the low water level????

From what I can see, it looks like his overflow only allows for that much water in the display....

Awesome tank build dude! How do you like the light?

Great Job! I followed your thread of your other tank... this one's gonna look sweet. I wish I had gotten into this when I was your age, I would have one wicked tank by now. Can we get a full tank shot?

looks great and the black substrate looks really good. almost wish i had some for mine, but i'll be taking the larger stuff out of my sump before my big setup is completely sold off. is that a lonely green polyp on the rock in the middle? i dunno if you like those or not but it won't be one polyp for long. might want to nip it in the butt early if your not going to want those taking over in the middle. and hopefully you won't have any problems i've been going through recently.

Thanks everyone! As for tank of the month i doubt it.
Wow it has been a long time since i updated, so i should now.
Tested it for the first time today!
PH-7.8 I added some buffer so it should go up to where i want it to.
Ammonia-.25
NO2- 0.00
NO3- 0.50
Ca- 450ppm
I'm going to three new stores in search of a clam, flame angel, and some shrimps.
I also re-aquascaped today!
As for the water level in the other pics, it was because the system was not running all the way, i finally got it going today.
The black sand is a PITA to keep clean i basted it today so yea, ok pic time.

Looks good! I second that the black sand is a PITA. It looks good though when it is clean. It definitely adds a little more contrast of colours in the tank.
