125g on craigslist

Found a 125 gallon on craigslist for $75. No way I would be able to set it up any time soon, would it be worth grabbing just to have to set up whenever I could if I can talk the guy down to $40-$50?

It's sad I'm not even reef ready in my 6 month old 36 gallon and I'm already thinking about an upgrade lol

Also, not 100% this would be construed as "reef discussion" even though that would be what the tank would be for! If not, I would be very appreciative if a mod could kick it in the right direction.

Just texted him and asked if he could send me pics and asked what it was used for. But, also just noticed that the ad is 2 months old hopefully he still has it.

As long as it's a reef ready tank, I say buy it, and don't even think about it.

Worst case, you can eventually set up the 125 as a reef, and use your 36 as a frag or QT.

Don't try to talk him down. It's not worth it.
