Hey everyone, now that the new tank is up and running, it's time to find a new home for this monster.
This is a custom 125 gallon RR tank by Oceanview. It's thick, heavy glass and will take several people to move. Dimensions are 60" long, 24" deep, 22" high. Has a single corner overflow. The tank is drilled in the back such that the overflow box does not extend the entire height of the tank. All plumbing is included - it's heavy-duty PVC with quick-connect seals.
Stand and matching canopy are currently painted a flecked-gray, but could easily be repainted black or whatever you desire. (If you'll help me move the tank, heck, I'll repaint it for you.)
Also comes with:
Large acrylic, baffled sump, a custom job.
Custom downdraft skimmer (I don't know what it's rated, but we ran it pretty wet and it does skim!).
Iwaki MD-30RX pump for the skimmer (external)
Little Giant 4MDQ4-SC Return Pump (external)
There's also a Seaswirl return, but it needs some work
All of the above for $600.
Also have an IceCap 660 ballast, 3 5' VHO bulbs (2 actinic, 1 daylight) with 3 months of life on them, endcaps and wiring. We'd throw this in for another $100.
And should you want to go all out, we also have the MH system we ran on the tank for sale - a pair of 400W Coralvue MHs, 14K Coralvue bulbs (about 8 months of use, if that - and most of that was 4 hours a day), Spiderlight reflectors, the pendant boxes we built, mogul sockets, and all wiring. We're asking $200 for this setup.
Email for pictures, this is a sweet setup to the right person. My arms just aren't long enough to get into this beast. (I'm, um, barely 5' tall, and can't easily reach the back or the bottom of this tank.) Stiil, aquascaping with this kind of depth was a lot of fun.
I don't want to part it out just yet.
Danielle
