135 FOWLR Question

Ok, I live in an apartment and I got approval for the 135 installation. I have wood floors and there is some level issues. I went to home depot and bought an 8' by 4' piece of wood and had it cut to 2 sections so 8' by 2'. I also purchased a 1" white foam block with same 8'x2' measurements. My question is should I just lay the 2 sheets of wood down and put tank like that, or should I do my original idea and wood Styrofoam wood than stand and tank. I am really nervous about doing something stupid, and I would love your insight and opinions.
Again ditch foam in between two wood pieces or use foam?

Dont use the foam under the stand. Foam (1/2") is used under the tank on acrylic or rimless glass. I wood use shims under the stand.
