james, in the future when someone asks you if a tank leaks(there was silicone missing in several areas), let them know. i can blame myself for not being more thourough but as bad as the silicone sealant was you had to have known. i almost put water in the tank this weekend(yeh it sat in garage for about a month-lol) and my wife saw a huge gap of silicone missing. its no big deal and im glad she found it before i added water but if she didnt i would have been ****ed off and calling you on the misfortune. again no harm done but next time you sell something(especially in your backyard), inform the buyer of any problems.
