14 day gtee on gem tang??

i was wondering about the 14 day guarantee of a gem tang..would there be issues if like the fish really didnt make it ?? its easier to credit something like a neon goby but a gem tang, would it be a hassle if anything happens to the fish???really want to know..thanks
