So after long time of lurking and reading iv decided to put my tank up in this section. After many ups and downs and moving the tank it's finally back to stability
I first started in the hobby April of 2012 with a 75g tank which I had a ton of DIY failures not realizing the amount of time and quality equipment was needed, I upgraded short after to my current tank
84x16x24 I loath this tank but the wife will kill me if I want to upgrade.. However I'm always looking for the right deal. I started off with a red planet acro from a local club member and it took off. I will admit I'm very lazy when it comes to testing and figured I wouldn't be able to keep sps. We'll there came the shock. I was bitten just like many others. A fellow local reefer who I'm tankful for showing me and teaching me about many aspects and my always go to for help shared a tons of corals to me as he says he hates to see an empty reef tank. By this time my tank has been up for a year and looking great, we'll then the move comes. Everything gets messed up and goes through it felt like the new tank syndrome and can't seem to get it stable. I was about to throw my hands up and give up on sps then I went to macna in Denver and came back to my montis coloring back up. To my amazement I found an acro coming back also. So here I am documenting my tank as of now and hope to keep getting more acros as time passes and morph to sps dom as my tank continues to mature
