*** 14th Annual All Ohio Frag Swap ***

We have maxxed out around 350-400 for the last couple years, if I'm not mistaken. It gets a bit crowded at first, when the first rush comes in for the pick of the stuff, then it tapers off and is very comfortable for the most part. Its a nice, big room.

There is also an additional back room that I don't believe anyone has used in the past, but we are welcome to it also. Eric is correct, there is plenty of room!!!

Yeah it's a little cramped in the beginning so everyone stay home until 1:00 or 2:00 this year please... I promise I will leave some of the good stuff for you ;)

Just Kidding :D

BTW there is usually food and drinks available at the swap so you guys won't starve.

thats a relief. in the past ive gone to 3 arnold shwarzzenegger building expos. being elbow to elbow with a bunch of guys that have a 52 in. chest and loaded up on protein so bad that people are farting down every isle. great show,if your intrested in bodybuilding this is a need to go show but the crowds drove me away.

Although there will be plenty of room, we can't guarantee no one will be farting!!! Looking at frags get some people real excited!

How is everyone going to carry their corals? I'm thinking about bringing ziplock bags, but it would be a drag carrying 10+ of those bags filled around the swap? Any ideas from those who have been there before, this is my first time.

It depends. Most vendors supply bags. However, for those that don't and/or for trades, etc. I like to have either deli cups or those disposable tupperware containers on hand. Ziplock bags have a tendency to leak and make a mess of things. Especially if you have a decent drive.

As far carrying everything, most people have small beverage coolers they carry with them. If you plan to buy a lot, you might want to bring something larger.

you keep saying dont park on the grass. was there not enough parking spots for the people that came? if this happens sunday where or will there be overflow parking were we wont be towed away?

thanx mike

If there is no overflow parking?
What could be considered is set the lot up in 2 groups. Park on one side and everyone that thinks they are not going to need to leave before the end of the swap park those cars side by side and the next row park them directly behind one another. And latecomers or folks who have other obligations would park on the other side...side by side with a lane between the rows.

If a terrible emergency would arise something could be worked out for any landlocked cars or persons...but for the most part it would prevent violation of the do not park on the grass reason due to space concerns. And the most important part...not offending the landlords. Might take a bit to get out, but there would be more parking.

I don't think it was a parking issue more so a wanting to be closer issue.

Last year a couple guys trying to sell some metal halides to me showed me the light hoods at about the halfway point and when I went out to see those I noticed the lot appeared packed.
I did recall seeing a couple vehicles in the grass. And worse the grass was torn up and was too soft to even think about driving on if memory serves. So it could be an issue again.
