not yet. Hopefully tomorrow but this I how I should look. What does everyone think:

Looks to me like:

Drain & Skimmer > |bubble|trap| > Return > Fuge.

Also, Im sure you know but it looks like the middle baffle goes all the way to the bottom, which completely blocks flow through. Im sure your going to cut it but i I'm pointing it out just incase.

That's what I thought but I wasn't sure how the fuge would then get sucked into the return

ya haha thats cause i havent glued it up. it was more for spacing purpose rather than actual location

fuge would just overflow that being said i am thining of changing it to be

drain & skimmer > bubbletrap > fuge > return... any suggestions?

I feel like that might an easier way than the other way around, but I could be wrong. I got to work on a fuge here within the next few weeks, i'll need some help waddle!

Thats what I would do, but I would move the bubble trap after the fuge, so its the last thing before the return.

yup much better idea for the bubble trap to be after the fuge. at least i didnt glue any of the baffles. that would suck to remove/ be impossible. hopefully more progress tomorrow. Lost 4 fish in my qt tank for unknown reasons and i have been fighting with my last 6 line wrasse to keep it alive so progress has been slow

Sorry to hear about the fish. Your progress hasn't been too slow - Im almost ready to order a custom tank after 2 years of planning. I have finally decided on a design, but more on that when I start the build. :)

thanks more frustrating then anything especially cause idk what is wrong with them. What are you looking at?

Which fish did you have QT? Where you medicating them? What is your QT set up?

haha i went through this all day. royal gramma, 2 purple blennies, and firefish and 6line. its a 10gallon bb qt with a hob filter with carbon. cycled before the fish went in change water every 3 days. they were fine for 3 weeks and in the past 36 hours four died. they were all eating and swimming around no signs of problems and then they start to pant and within 4-8 hrs they were dead. i didnt proactively medicate. i am thinking internal parasite. had the lfs check the water and all is good. also have air pumps for extra oxygen in the water
