150 gal setup f/s

I need to get rid of my 150 duel overflow system. Moving and I won't have the time or space for this size tank. Included is tank, stand, 40 gal sump, blue line return pump, about 200 lbs of live rock, corals fish and inverts. I'm including the lights as well although they are a t5/led combo and for some reason the t5 ballast won't fire. I assume they need new ballasts and I'm just not handy enough. $1500 Obo. Need this gone ASAP
