1500 gallon tank

Hi all I'm new here. I just picked up a used tank price was too good to pass up
Dimension of tank is 120 x 60 x 54 made with 1.5" thick acrylic all around have center overflow comes with 2 sump lighting return pump so next week I will be going to drain it and on weekend will have moving company help me move it

Wow.. That's a big tank! What are your plans for it? Got any pictures of it?

Planning to do a fowlr to start and slowly add corals
Only have a few pic of it from previous owner ill be taking lots of pics when breaking down and moving it next wednesday

Not sure yet but maybe lots of tangs and angels the tank has a big lion fish a gold puffer and 4 other type of fish that I need to find a home for

This is almost Chingchai's tank dimensions......if you haven't read his build thread I would highly recommend doing it asap.....

With a tank this size i would go with schools and male female pairs. I miss my blue theoat trigggerfish pair and if had to due it all over again would go for a crosshatch pair. Looking forward to seeing this set up.

Yea I read about his tank. It's an amazing tank but of course didn't take him as long as it will take me to do it money isn't unlimited if I didn't get the tank for only total of 8000 ill never be able to do a tank this size

You could keep a large eel in a tank that size, there very cool.
